Safety & Respect
Our commitment to kindness, respect, and safe support.
At Neighbourly Hands Canada, safety and respect come first. Every act of support is offered with compassion, but also with clear boundaries to protect everyone involved. Please review these simple guidelines before making a request.

-
At least one trusted person must be present during visits.
-
Support is currently available only within Calgary areas accessible by public transit.
-
I reserve the right to decline a request, or leave immediately, if safety or boundaries are not respected.
-
This is a volunteer initiative, no charge; tips, gifts, or payment are not required.
Please note: Neighbourly Hands Canada is not a professional care service, healthcare provider, or replacement for licensed support. I do not provide medical, nursing, or professional caregiving services. The support offered is strictly volunteer-based and limited to light, non-medical domestic or physical tasks. Requests that fall outside of these boundaries will be respectfully declined.

These guidelines ensure that support is offered safely, respectfully, and in the spirit of neighbourly kindness.
